During peak ski season, Little Cottonwood Canyon is subject to avalanche closures and chain or AWD requirements — check UDOT Traffic before departure.
Charter buses drop off at the main Snowbird Center entrance on Snowbird Center Drive, with the Creekside and Perimeter lots accommodating coaches. Summer activities include tram rides, mountain biking, and hiking.

Natural History Museum of Utah
Natural History Museum of Utah is one of the finest natural history institutions in the American West, housing world-class dinosaur exhibits, a stunning Utah minerals gallery, and the Native Voices collection. Located on the University of Utah campus in Research Park, it's approximately 12 miles north of Midvale via I-15 North to Foothill Drive, a 20–25 minute drive. Charter buses drop off on Wakara Way at the main entrance; bus parking is available in adjacent Research Park surface lots.

Utah Olympic Park
Utah Olympic Park is the legacy site of the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics, home to the original ski jumping hills, bobsled and luge track, and the Alf Engen Ski Museum. It operates year-round as an active training center and public attraction, offering guided tours, bobsled rides, and zip line adventures. The park is approximately 30 miles from Midvale via I-215 East to I-80 East to US-40 North, roughly 35–45 minutes.
Charter buses drop off at the main entrance near the Legacy Lodge and park in the large surface lot on Olympic Parkway. Groups of 15 or more are encouraged to book in advance through the park's group sales program.

Lagoon Amusement Park
Lagoon Amusement Park is Utah's largest amusement park, open seasonally from late April through October. Located approximately 25 miles north of Midvale via I-15 North, it's a popular destination for school field trips, family reunions, birthday parties, and corporate outings. Charter buses enter off Lagoon Drive and are directed to the designated bus and RV parking section at the north end of the main lot, separate from passenger car parking.
